2034 CIL-300-ZX Depth Measuring Microscope
Measuring microscope 2034-CIL-300-ZX is the ideal aid for optical depth measurement. The virtually play-free, coaxial drive allows exact focussing on the focal plane. The microscope bodies from the 2034 series were modified to achieve this. With the standard 30x objective lens, for a magnification factor of 300x, it achieves the low depth of field Depth measurementrequired for exact work. Naturally normal width measurements can also be made with the microscope. The smallest graduation on the scale integrated into the ocular is 1 µm. The measuring length of the scale is 0.2 millimetres and the field of vision is 0.48 millimetres.
The system can be supplied with a USB 2.0 camera with 1600 x 1200 Pixels and the Metric measuring software – see Cellcheck CIL-ZX-USB for function and further information.

Important for optimum readings: Always focus the top and bottom focus level from the same side. Depth measurementThis is the only way to ensure eliminate inaccuracies in the measurement resulting from a slight backlash. Here the coaxial illumination directly through the lens plays a significant role. This light guidance is the only feature that allows recognition of the focal planes.
The fine focusing mechanism can be pushed to the side for quick adjustment. The MST stand provides a secure position on drums or flat material for depth measurement. An additional five millimetre X-adjustment at high magnification allows feed motion between the focal planes, when they can no longer be covered by the field of vision. Use of a digital camera in combination with the dial depth gauge is not possible.
Cellcheck CIL-ZX-USB Depth Measuring Microscope
The ideal aid for depth measurement. The digital dial gauge on the Cellcheck CIL-ZX-USB Video microscope measures the distance between two focal planes for no-contact measurement, Suitable for measuring hole depths in circuit boards or cell depths on anilox rollers and intaglio cylinders and many other applications. The measurement should be accomplished at very high magnification to limit the depth of field – a possible source of error. For this reason 20x and 30x lenses are included with the measuring system. The 1600x 1200 pixel USB 2.0 camera provides for 900x or 1,350x final magnification on a 17” screen.

Tripod ST-CIL
Precision tripod with segment columns, which can be installed to obtain the required distance. An X-Y table with two 25 mm measuring spindles with graduations of .01 mm is mounted in the tripod. The ST-CIL tripod can be used for combining microscopes 2034 or 2054 with the MST tripod. The MST tripod is also available with an additional rotating table.
